High-growth potential companies in their initial development stage
More mature companies, whose value generation comes from the renewal of their operational and/or
business model

All of the portfolio companies should have at least one of the following elements: technological innovation, business model innovation, high-growth markets, or the potential for rapid development through the implementation of management methodologies. Current initiatives are focused mainly on the outsourcing of IT services and business processes, biotechnology and mining.

VNN creates value for each company in its portfolio by closely working with its administration. It supports the investee’s growth by transferring management methodologies and tools, and by providing access to the Votorantim Group’s network and business philosophy.

VNN’s multisectoral teams have experience in a broad range of activities: business structuring and mergers & acquisitions; strategic management, finance, operations and HR; and specific knowledge of the sectors in which the fund is involved, including life sciences, technology services, and mining.
